psxact Git (2017/08/29) is compiled. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.

psxact Git Changelog:
* Fixing some annoying things with integer clamping methods.
* Changing input to make it read better.
* Implementing most of the timer functionality, the rest requires GPU additions.
