PPSSPP Git (2017/12/16) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Update vulkan headers, add linux .so loader lib for easy builds, like Sascha does.
* Fix annoying name clashes (Status is in X11 headers..)
* Just some log cleanup
