PPSSPP Git (2019/10/25) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #12448 from hrydgard/gl-dataformat-cleanup
* Text drawing fixes
* Correct the wrong GL DataFormat enums
* GL: remove another unused format
* Reduce GL texture format support to the ES minimum. We have to handle these anyway so let's only have one path.
* OpenGL dataformat cleanup - pass Draw::DataFormat to the GLRenderManager.
