* Fixed missing class file in Visual Studio project.
* When mapping analog axes in InputDialog, allow smaller movements to detect the axis (fixes #1147).
* Oops, forgot to add the new classes.
* Added infrastructure for 'pretty printing' disassembly output.
* Labels in the disassembly also now honour the uhex setting.
* Oops, a few stragglers I forgot in the last commit.
* Honour uhex command in debugger. During refactoring, I forgot to re-add this functionality.
* Final cleanup of DebuggerParser, adding comments, etc.
