* Fix Time Machine 'save all states' writing stale bytes after smaller states;
* Fix '-seed' having no effect:
* Fix runtime switch to Auto format corrupting the emulation; rewind Serializer before restoring state.
* Fix loading all Time Machine states restoring nothing or a stale state.
* Oops, these are also part of the stale Windows build script from the last commit.
* Removed stale Windows build script.
