EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-209 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

This makes the device ID assigning code common to all backends, by
moving it to AddDevice() instead of copy-pasting or replicating
the logic in the backends.
Also, to prepare for hotplugging, instead of relying on a name usage
count, the new ID assigning system always starts from ID 0 and tries
to assign the first ID that is not used.
