EmuCR:JPcspJpcsp SVN r2444 is released. JPCSP is the most advanced PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.

Jpcsp SVN changelog:
r2444
Improvement of the software renderer: apply the perspective correction while mapping a texture to a 3D triangle (take the depth into account while mapping). Now the texture is correctly mapped on the 3D cube demo.

  4. I have problem with your x64 AMD/ATI (like this one) jpcsp emu.Every third version won't work (x64 version).Jpcsp-r2413 was the last version that loaded games ok,but Final Fantasy type-0 Eng. patched won't start on any of jpcsp.Final Fantasy 4 Complete Collection won't play intro on any jpcsp, except on jpcsp-r2413,and your new "Use debug font (disable flash0 fonts)" won't WORK!I have pretty good PC with which i don't have problem starting and playing any new game including emulators. If you want,I'll give you my PC config.,if you are interested in solving the problem?

  5. whats wrong with java? inspiron 1525 and this emulator runs fine and smooth for me its the users that dont know how to set it up correctly..so @1 and 2...before judge an emulator saying it sucks why not make one yourself and see how far you get because honestly your just mad cause a certain game dont work correctly for you when others might have no problems at all...give hint like did before...find and download the launcher for jpcsp, unpack in folder, setup on first start and tweak to your liking...just cause the emulator is in java DONT mean it sucks...java is far easier to learn then c++ and if a game dont work its cause hello? its an emulator? all games wont work cause takes time to get compatability? and if its a new game your trying to run thats not supported at this time then your just a dumbfuck..just cause can emulate games dont mean new ones are capable of playing at this time..what devs are doing takes time and what they ask the community for is patience which i have plenty of yet seems the trolls just wanna have fun poking at something they know nothing about...

  6. Java is slow plain and simple
C++ is the way emulators have to be made
therefore this emu will always be slow

Try a real game and then come back with the results.

  10. And I forgot to say that I'm always playing on this jpcsp config:enable file IO loggini,Unpack PBP when loading, everything else on the "General" page is default.Video is:Use vertex cache, use shaders, use geometry shader for 2d rendering, enable vao, enable saving GE screen to texture instead of memory, enable decoding of indexed textures(using clut)in shader, enable dynamic shader generation(AMD/ATI).Memory:ignore invalid...Media:Use media engine, decode audio files with SonicStage,use(crappy)non-native fonts from flash0 folder(new"Use debug font"has problem.I remember it working on jpcsp-r2440,but on x86 version because x64 won't start any game).I'm the guy one anonymous above

  11. Ok... you are telling me that you run those games smooth with a "inspiron 1525"? bullshit.

Playable? yes but not smooth in that laptop, i can tell you are playing with choppy fps (aka slow for most users), but smooth? hell no.
