EmuCR: GekkoGekko texture-cache Git (2012/12/15) is compiled. Gekko texture-cache Git is a branch of Gekko. Gekko is an open source great Gamecube(NGC) emulator. Gekko is an experimental Nintendo GameCube (NGC) emulator started in 2006 by ShizZy and Lightning. It features a very advanced 32-bit dynamic recompiler and its own OpenGL graphics core, and is capable of booting many commercical titles.

Gekko texture-cache Git Changelog:
* fixed a stupid bug in fragment shader generation for alpha_logic
* implemented simple texture cache, updated renderer texture interface to take texture number argument, fixed a bug in BP_LoadTexture where texture0 was always being used for image3 register
* changed sysconf enable all controllers by default - this makes Super Smash Bros. Melee and does no harm
* moved where we create the ShaderManager and UniformManager, added creation of TextureCache
* created common::Hash64 type, updated texture hash usuage to use this, updated TextureCacheEntry to include all necessary fields

* fixed a ton of naming/comments to be consistent (not any functional change), changed texture hash to use new GetHash64 function and compute over 256 samples
* made src pointer in TextureDecoder_Decode const for Neo
* renamed TextureDecoder_Load to TextureDecoder_Decode, made texture destination buffer allocation static, added src data pointer to TextureDecoder_Decode
* fixes for Linux for hash.cpp
