EmuCR: WiiUDecaf Git (2016/07/23) is released. Decaf (originally called WiiU-EMU) is a researching Wii U emulation. The Wii U is a home video game console created by Nintendo and the successor to the Wii.

OpenGL code in libdecaf relies on the generated header glbinding_api.h,
so we need to ensure that glbinding is built first.

These allow us to do callbacks back to UI when interesting events happen.
