EmuCR: WiiUDecaf Git (2016/08/20) is compiled. Decaf (originally called WiiU-EMU) is a researching Wii U emulation. The Wii U is a home video game console created by Nintendo and the successor to the Wii.

* opengl: Check the LOAD_CONTROL register before performing register loads.
* gl: Correct handling of glsl2 loop predicate usage.
* Added support for GX2R Uniform Buffers.
* gx2: Properly fix setup-context not working.
* gx2: Fix setup-context not initialising the state properly.
* opengl: Implement CONTEXT_CONTROL pm4 packet.
This should have been with the last commit.
Also its fucking broken.

* Rewrite state shadowing and GX2 context states.
This is now wayyy more accurate and correct than the previous implementation.
* opengl: Actually read the value of VGT_MULTI_PRIM_IB_RESET_EN.

* gx2: Implement hardware register initialisation.
I would not be surprised if there was at least 1 mistake in here,
