EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r40972 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Prevent monitor from recursively opening. This could previously happen when a drive cpu breakpoint enters the monitor, then the execution of a monitor command causes the drive cpu to catch up, which recursively re-enters the monitor. Fixes https://sourceforge.net/p/vice-emu/bugs/1593/ . A better solution might be to clear the int flag that causes the trap before invoking it.
