RiceVideo Git (2013/04/11) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).

* [-]Strip out another unnecessary feature
* [-]Strip out a feature that was almost never used,only use would of been in 1964, which in turn required a certain setting to be turned on for it to actually work
* [~] This commit should make no real change to the plugin itself, mainly commenting, rearranging and renaming code and fixing up some warnings
