Dolphin SVN r5631 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Fix nowx build.
We really should integrate the nowx functionality into the main build,
removing nowx and HAVE_WX checks and turning USE_WX into a variable
that defaults to GUI use but can be overridden at the command line.

The openal and noao parameters are no longer necessary.
