Gentleman v1.1.0 is released. Gentleman is a MiSTer-inspired emulator frontend for PC. The goal is to bring the simple, fast, menu-driven feel of the MiSTer interface to a PC-based emulator setup. Gentleman Changelog:
Gentleman v1.1.0 adds a new in-game OSD, expanded API controls, and several Gentleman menu improvements.
In-Game OSD
The new OSD shows the currently running game, emulator, or application and includes:
Resume
Close Game, Emulator, or Application
Force Close with a warning
Open it by holding:
L1 + L2 + L3 + R1 + R2 + R3 for one second
Ctrl + Alt + G on a keyboard
The running process is paused while the OSD is open so menu input does not affect the game. The OSD is enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings.
API Improvements
The API can now:
Report the active game, emulator, or application
Close the active session
Force close the active session
Active-session information is also included in the status response.
Gentleman Menu Improvements
Added IP address and version information
Moved Wallpapers out of Settings
Added Report Issues & Requests
Added a Support the Project submenu with Ko-fi and Buy Me a Coffee
Reorganized the menu for clearer grouping
