DOSBox-X Git (2026/08/08) is compiled. DOSBox-x is a branch of DOSBox. DOSBox emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and FreeBSD.

DOSBox-X Changelog:
* OSFREE should not claim that DOS is installed
* Typo
* BIOS setup: IF the user did not change anything, why should exiting the menu reboot the system?
* "Total Memory" underneath "Video Memory" is kind of misleading, change it to "System Memory"
* Remove BIOS logo from screen if user hits DEL to enter BIOS setup
* Merge pull request #6449 from maron2000/fix_workdir
