* BIOS setup: Well, OK, stopping the clock when any part of the date/time is changed is excessive. Limit stopping the clock with delay only when changing the seconds
* BIOS setup: Well, since CMOS register B is write-only, use a variable to save and restore it. Increase start clock delay to 500ms
* BIOS setup: Refine clock updates
* BIOS setup: If possible, use the RTC update interrupt to trigger redrawing the clock rather than a blind 500ms delay, and stop hacking lasttick to force redraw the clock
* BIOS setup: Use a global variable to store CMOS time so the editor can use it to set the time when the user changes values without sudden changes from what was last displayed
* BIOS setup: Wait for CMOS to signal non-busy before reading/writing time
* BIOS setup: Use clock lock/unlock to read/write without intermediate results, and to temporarily prevent the CMOS RTC from ticking if the user is busy modifying the time/date
* BIOS setup: Use the CMOS lock bit to prevent the clock from updating while reading or writing
