WinVICE SVN r33317 is compiled. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).
NPlayers.ini v0.186 is released. NPlayers.ini fills the "Players" column of your favourite MAME / SDLMAME frontend letting you know how many players the game supports and if it's simultaneous play or not. You'll find more info in the text file included in the zip archive.
Altirra 2.9 Test 35 is released. Altirra is an Atari 8 bit Emulator on the Windows/DOS platform. Altirra emulates several models of the 8-bit Atari computers. This includes the the 800, 800XL, and 130XE versions. It has a lot of options, and compatibility is decent especially given the emulator's early stages. It also supports some copy protected games properly in emulation.
WinUAE v3.5.0 Beta 11 is released. WinUAE is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. rpcs3 Git (2017/06/02) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.
psxact Git (2017/06/02) is compiled. PSXACT develop is a branch of PSXACT. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.
EmuLa v2.0 is released. EmuLa is a new multi-emulator frontend with some interesting features, like ROM identification by its CRC (so being extremely precise), the simple interface and being easy, very easy to use even for a novice. EmuLa is free but users can subscribe, or get a lifetime license to unlock some advanced features. EmuLa is available for Windows, Linux Arm (Pi & Odroid) and AROS, soon a Linux x86 version will be released and maybe also for other OSes. Currently it supports Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Super Nintendo, Mega Drive, NES. The next to be supported will be the Amiga in all its flavours.
Mednafen v0.9.45 is released. Mednafen is a multi-game-system emulator, for various platforms, including emulation of the following systems:Atari Lynx,Famicom,GameBoy (Color),GameBoy Advance,Neo Geo Pocket (Color), NES(both NTSC and PAL),PC Engine/TurboGrafx 16 (CD) and SuperGrafx,PC-FX,WonderSwan (Color).
NeoPop SDL v0.1b is released. NeoPop SDL is a NeoGeo Pocket Color Emulator for 3DS.
Fuse v1.3.6 is released. The Free Unix Spectrum Emulator (Fuse) is an emulator of the 1980s home computer and various clones for Unix, Mac OS X and Windows.
PPSSPP Git (2017/06/02) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.
Dolphin Git 5.0-3973 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.
