Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev.93β2 is released. Neko Project II is a port to the Wii of NP2 (Neko Project II), NEC PC-9801 emulator, programmed by Yui.
WinUAE v6.0.0 Beta 14 is released. WinUAE is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. Yaba Sanshiro v1.16.7 is released. uoYabause is a unofficial port of Yabause SEGA Saturn Emulator.This project is focused on the Android version of yabause using OpenGL ES 3.x.
Altirra v4.40 Test 9 is released. Altirra is an Atari 8 bit Emulator on the Windows/DOS platform. Altirra emulates several models of the 8-bit Atari computers. This includes the the 800, 800XL, and 130XE versions. It has a lot of options, and compatibility is decent especially given the emulator's early stages. It also supports some copy protected games properly in emulation.
6a href="http://www.emucr.com" style="font-weight:normal;color:black;text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">JORIC v1.1.8 is released. JOric is an Oric emulator written in Java, using the libGDX cross-platform development framework, targeting primarily HTML5 and the web.
GameInit.dat v0.275 is released. This file lists the initialization procedures of some games emulated by MAME; in fact, some of them, the first time are not immediately playable.
Borked3DS v2025.03.11 is released. Borked3DS is yet another Citra-derived project that aims to continue Nintendo 3DS emulation development work after that project shut down. Its lineage is directly derived from PabloMK7's now archived fork, but also incorporates elements from Lime3DS (also now defunct) and Mandarine, as well as providing its own stuff.
clownmdemu v1.2.1 is released. This is clownmdemu, a Sega Mega Drive (a.k.a. Sega Genesis) emulator. It is currently in the very early stages of development: it can run some games, but many standard features of the Mega Drive are unemulated (see clownmdemu-frontend-common/clownmdemu/TODO.md for more information).
ScePSX Beta v0.1.4 is released. ScePSX is a new Sony Playstation 1 emulator for windows (Open-Source in C# from unknowall). The core-code is partially based on ProjectPSX.
WinArcadia & AmiArcadia v34.1 are released. AmiArcadia and WinArcadia are multi-emulators of these Signetics-based machines: Emerson Arcadia 2001 console family (Bandai, Emerson, Grandstand, Intervision, Leisure-Vision, Leonardo, MPT-03, Ormatu, Palladium, Poppy, Robdajet, Tele-Fever, Tempest, Tryom, Tunix, etc.) (1982);Interton VC 4000 console family (Acetronic, Fountain, Interton, Prinztronic, Radofin, Rowtron, Voltmace, Waddington, etc.) (c. 1978);Elektor TV Games Computer (1979); PIPBUG-based machines (Electronics Australia 77up2 and 78up5, Signetics Adaptable Board Computer, Eurocard 2650, etc.) (c. 1977-1978);Signetics Instructor 50 trainer (1978);Central Data 2650 computer (1977);Malzak 1 and 2 coin-ops by Kitronix (c. 1980) (preliminary); and Galaxia and Astro Wars coin-ops by Zaccaria (1979-1980) (preliminary).
ColecoDS v10.4 is released. ColecoDS is a Colecovision, ADAM, MSX1, Sord-M5, Memotech MTX, Spectravision SVI and SG-1000/SC-3000 for the Nintedo DS/DSi. To run requires a coleco.rom BIOS to be in the same directory as the emulator or else in /roms/bios or /data/bios.

XEMU v0.8.34 is released. xemu is an open-source, cross-platform application that emulates the hardware of the original Xbox game console, allowing users to play their Xbox games on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. This project is focused on making significant forward progress in terms of features, performance, stability, and user experience in Xbox emulation. This project is an active fork of the XQEMU project, which is based on the very popular and highly actively maintained QEMU full system emulator project.
