NxEmu v0.5.0-312-47bc919 is released. NxEmu is an experimental open-source emulator for the Nintendo Switch from N3xoX1.
OpenMSX Git (2026/03/02) is compiled. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.
FB Neo Git (2026/03/02) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.
DuckStation Git (2026/03/02) is compiled. DuckStation is an simulator/emulator of the Sony PlayStation(TM) console, focusing on playability, speed, and long-term maintainability. The goal is to be as accurate as possible while maintaining performance suitable for low-end devices. "Hack" options are discouraged, the default configuration should support all playable games with only some of the enhancements having compatibility issues.
PPSSPP Git (2026/03/02) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.
Dolphin Git 2512-448 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.
Azahar Git (2026/03/02) is compiled. An open-source 3DS emulator project based on Citra.
HBMAME v0.245.31 is released. HBMAME (HomeBrew MAME) is a derivate of MAME, and contains various hacks and homebrews that are not included in MAME. It is based on the latest MAME source from SVN at the time of release.
WinUAE v6.0.3 Beta 2 is released. WinUAE is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. For more details concerning these issues, please read the GNU General Public License, which describes the terms under which WinUAE is distributed.
ADAM+ v0.8.02.26 is released. ADAM+ is a modern emulator and development toolkit for the ColecoVision and Coleco ADAM systems, built with Qt6 and inspired by the original EmulTwo project. The software has been completely redesigned from the ground up, focusing on stability, performance, and expandability.
Fujisan v1.1.6 is released. A modern frontend for the Atari800 emulator, providing a native desktop experience with full keyboard support, machine configuration, and authentic Atari behavior.
Lazuli Nightly (2026/03/02) is released. GameCube emulator. lazuli is a work-in-progress GameCube emulator. lazuli is still very much a toy, but it's able to boot multiple commercial games and lots of homebrew.
Iris v0.20-alpha is released. Iris is a Playstation 2 emulator for Windows. macOS and Linux.
DS4MapperTest v0.0.25 is released. Mainly used as a test ground for trying out different mapping ideas. The application can currently support using a DualShock 4, DualSense, 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless, Steam Controller, JoyCon, and Switch Pro.
Xenia Edge Git (2026/03/02) is released. Xenia Edge is yet another experimental fork of the Xenia emulator, mainly based on Xenia Canary but with the aim of quicker iteration and improvements to Vulkan backend and Linux platform in particular. Windows of course remains fully supported as well and will benefit from changes made here especially with its Vulkan backend.
a7800DS v5.2a is released. a7800DS is an Atari ProSystem 7800 console emulator for the DS/DSi. a7800DS is based on ProSystem. To use this emulator, you must use compatibles rom with a78/bin format.
