EmuCR: Tanuki3DSTanuki3DS v0.5.1 is released. Tanuki3DS is a 3DS emulator for MacOS and Linux written in C which aims to be simple, fast, and compatible. Currently it can play a handful of games at full speed and supports some nice features like controller support and video upscaling.

EmuCR: Stella DSStellaDS v8.2 is released. StellaDS is an Atari 2600 (VCS) console emulator for your DS/DSi. To use this emulator, you must use compatibles rom with a26/bin format. Twilight Menu++ wants to see the file extension be .a26 (you can just rename .bin)

EmuCR: RetromRetrom v0.8.1 is released. A centralized game library/collection management service with a focus on emulation. Configure once, play anywhere.

StarPSX v0.8.0 is released. StarPSX is a free and open-source PlayStation 1 emulator written in Rust. This project is highly work in progress and not suitable for playing games yet.

EmuCR: Steem SSEvAmiga v4.4b12 is released. vAmiga emulates a Commodore Amiga 500, 1000 or 2000 on your Mac. To run the emulator, a Kickstart Rom is required. The original Amiga Roms are the intellectual property of the company Cloanto. By purchasing a license of Amiga Forever™ you can acquire a legal Kickstart license. Rom image files can be added to vAmiga via drag and drop. vAmiga is open-source and published under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Commodore 64 Emulator v0.7.9.5-alpha is released. A Commodore 64 emulator written in modern C++, built with SDL2 and designed around two priorities:Accuracy-first emulation (with a strong focus on real hardware behavior over “good enough” hacks); Debuggability (integrated monitor, break/watchpoints, and visibility into what the machine is doing). This project is actively under development; expect rough edges and incomplete features.

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin VR Redux v0.2 is released. DolphinXR is a GameCube / Wii emulator, allowing you to play games for these two platforms on PC with improvements and in VR.

EmuCR: Fujisan Fujisan v2.0.1 is released. A modern frontend for the Atari800 emulator, providing a native desktop experience with full keyboard support, machine configuration, and authentic Atari behavior.

Obentou v0.1.6 is released. Obentou is a new open-source console and handheld emulator for Windows, developed in C/C++ by yughias.

Ludo v0.22.3 is released. Ludo is a work in progress libretro frontend written in go. It works on OSX, Linux, Linux ARM and Windows. libretro is an API designed mainly for games and emulators.

Not64 (2026/04/10) is released. Not64 is an experimental modification.

EmuCR: DuckStation DuckStation v0.1-10998 is released. DuckStation is an simulator/emulator of the Sony PlayStation(TM) console, focusing on playability, speed, and long-term maintainability. The goal is to be as accurate as possible while maintaining performance suitable for low-end devices. "Hack" options are discouraged, the default configuration should support all playable games with only some of the enhancements having compatibility issues.

Ymir Git (2026/04/12) is released. A work-in-progress Sega Saturn emulator.

EmuCR: XeniaXenia Git (2026/04/05) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

EmuCR VisualBoyAdvanceVisualBoyAdvance-M Git (2026/04/12) is compiled. VisualBoyAdvance-M(VBA-M) is a [Super] Game Boy [Color / Advance] emulator for Windows, Linux & Mac. Here you can get information about the latest development build of the Windows version and download it while you're at it.

EmuCR: Vita3KVita3K Git (2026/04/12) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.
