nullDC-Naomi SVN r85 is released. nullDC-Naomi is an open source NAOMI Arcade System Emulator. It will NOT run Dreamcast games.
nullDC SVN r85 is released. nullDC is an open source Sega Dreamcast(DC) and NAOMI videogame systems emulator for Microsoft Windows. nullDC runs several Dreamcast games at good speed, with full sound and music. NullDC requires the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, the latest Visual C++ runtime libraries and optionally WinPcap for modem emulation. As usual for emulators, a dump of the original console BIOS is also needed. It has a plugin architecture, with several alternative implementations (some ported from Chankast) for graphics, sound, reading games burned to CD-ROMs (it cannot read GD-ROMs directly) or disk image files, memory cards, etc.
D2X-XL v1.15.103 is released. D2X is a port of Descent 2 to OpenGL. It is an open source project and has received a lot of enhancements compared to Descent 2. My work on this project would not have been possible if hadn't been for the people who initially implemented the OpenGL and SDL code in D2X, so my thanks to them: It is for them that we can still play this great game on modern hardware. My thanks also to the many people who have provided input for this project, be it in the form of bug reports, great ideas, logos, encouragement, or other.

Mednafen is a multi-game-system emulator, for various platforms, including emulation of the following systems:Atari Lynx,Famicom, GameBoy (Color), GameBoy Advance, Neo Geo Pocket (Color), NES(both NTSC and PAL), PC Engine/TurboGrafx 16 (CD) and SuperGrafx, PC-FX, WonderSwan (Color).
DeSmuME v0.9.7 (r3844) is released. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.
PCSX Reloaded SVN r59210 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.
Joyce v2.2.4 is released. Joyce emulates the Amstrad PCW on Unix, Windows and Mac OS X. Since it's written using SDL, it shouldn't be too hard to port it to other platforms such as MacOS Classic or BeOS.

ZX Spectrum Emulator for Microsoft Windows, developed under Microsoft .net framework.The emulator currently supports 48k rom, tzx tape file and tape deck emulation, Sound, Border (loading boarders), Basic, Snapshot saving and more ...other supported file formats include sna, z80, tap.The ZX Spectrum emulator was the result of getting to know the .net environment a little better, and since staring have found ourselves up against barriers within the environment leaving no choice but to use some existing native windows calls, thanks Microsoft.
My Nes v1.2.5.111 is released. My Nes is a portable open source NES/FAMICOM emulator written in C#. it cannot emulate 100%, it still a primitive one and needs a lot of work. however it has been tested and support over 200 games, 100 playable perfectly.
Controls.dat v0.140.1 is released. Controls.dat is a project started by Kevin Jonas (SirPoonga) with the help of Howard Casto. This project was started to accurately document the controls and button labels of the arcade control panels from the games in M.A.M.E.. The goal of this project to accurately document M.A.M.E. outputs by using the labels the games used on their control panels. The benefit of this is frontend developers can use these resources to display the controls for the games.
