rpcs3 Git (2019/11/11) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.
Fceux Git (2019/11/11) is compiled. FCEUX is a cross platform, NTSC and PAL Famicom/NES emulator that is an evolution of the original FCE Ultra emulator. Over time FCE Ultra had separated into many separate branches. The concept behind FCEUX is to merge elements from FCE Ultra, FCEU rerecording, FCEUXD, FCEUXDSP, and FCEU-mm into a single branch of FCEU. As the X implies, it is an all-encompassing FCEU emulator that gives the best of all worlds for the general player, the ROM-hacking community, and the Tool-Assisted Speedrun Community.
Xenia Git (2019/11/11) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).
Vita3K Git (2019/11/11) is complied. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.
FB Alpha Shuffle v2.4.0 (2019/11/10) is released. FB Alpha Shuffle is an unofficial version based on FBA with many features.
MAME32 More! v0.84.215 is released. MAME32 More! is base on Mame Plus! This is MAME compiled with Kaillera, a utility that enables Netplay on it and other emulators that support it.
Caname v0.67.215 is released. Caname is a CPS And NeoGeo Arcade Machine Emulator.
BletchMAME v1.5 is released. BletchMAME is a new experimental front end for MAME. Unlike existing front ends (which function as launchers, keeping MAME's internal UI), BletchMAME replaces the internal MAME UI with a more conventional point and click GUI to provide a friendlier experience in a number of areas (such as profiles, input configuration and a number of others). While BletchMAME is intended to support all machines supported by MAME, it should be particularly suitable to computer emulation.
kindred v1.12 Preview Build 1 is released. kindred is a multi-system video game emulator for Windows. A work-in-progress for more than a decade, the software utilises a number of priority technologies to accurately emulate video games systems.
WinVICE SVN r37141 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).
EmuTos CVS (2019/11/11) is released. EmuTos is a GEMDOS compatible operating system for Atari ST series computers. It is made from Digital Research's GPLed original sources and is a free and open source replacement for common TOS images for Atari ST emulators.
RomVault v3.0.42 is released. RomVault is a new rom management tool. RomVault should be seen as an alternative to clrmame pro with some nice and new features that could make it perfect for managing large numbers of dats / collections using less time (one scan vs N dats a time instead of one scan for each dat) and giving you a nice easy to use GUI.
WinUAE v4.3.0 Beta 4 is released. WinUAE is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. Mesen-S Git (2019/11/11) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.
