PCSX Rerecording SVN r197 is released.PCSX Rerecording is a special version of PCSX with many new features such as input rerecording, cheat support, RAM search, RAM watch, customizable hotkeys, etc.

Replaced Lua bit operations with LuaBitOp 1.0.1. Now it can handle the sign bit(bit 31) correctly. (for some reasons, I didn't test it at all)
