PCSX2 SVN r2185 is released.PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Implemented a feature which could potentially reduce the slight slowdowns present when running in windowed mode inside Aero.
Since it's late, I will leave it to the world to figure out of it really makes a difference.

Small cleanup on the GUI. Only show the "Debug" entry on devel and debug builds, as in legacy_gui.
