DSP Emulator v0.9 beta 3 is released. DSP Emulator is a new version of the ZX SPECTRUM +3, ZX Spectrum 128, ZX Spectrum 48, Arcade, Amstrad CPC 464, NES and Game Boy emulator.

+ENHANCE: Started portability Lazarus + Free Pascal, now DSP can be compiled in Delphi, Lazarus under Windows and Lazarus under Linux (arcade drivers only ATM).
+BUG: Fixed a bug closing audio in Windows
