EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r5235 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

some fixes over my last commit, now the speed with xfb disabled must be at least equal to the speed before the xfb implementation. fixed fps counter. please give some testing to this changes to see if i going the right way.
