PS3 GUI Toolbox is an all in one toolbox executable that allows you to do various tasks like, split files that are more then 4GB in size, edit your SFO files, check the info on the PSARC files and more. Yes, there are other apps out there that can perform all of these tasks already, this is just another way of having them all readily available with just the press of a button.
