Vba-ReRecording SVN r281 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

* Fixed quick screenshots. Now existing files are not overwritten. As a result, taking quick screenshots could be significantly slower if there are a lot of files with conflicting names.
* Taking quick screenshots frame by frame is allowed if Frame Advance is being used.

This commit changes the default directory settings introduced in r260. Instead of creating and setting to the default directories if their corresponding settings stored in vba.ini is blank, the emulator now will only check their settings and overwrite blank settings with the defaults when the corresponding settings are queried, and try to create the set (whether default or specified by the user) directories if necessary.
However, there are made exception cases for the rom directories. Since they are only used as input directories, there is no point to create them by default, thus each of them is automatically set after the first time a game is opened if the setting is missing.
