Vba-ReRecording SVN r291 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

VBA rerecording changelog:

* Mute Frame and Mute When Inactive no more mutes dumped audio.
* Fixed display of throttle messages.

* Movie->Resume Recording now becomes Movie->Resume/Exit Recording, which changes Read-Only settings as well.
* Restored old behavior of Movie->When Movie Ends->Restarts i.e. the movie will restart as soon as it ends.
