Dolphin SVN r7377

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7377 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

    i can confirm the latest revisions have epically slowed this emulator down making games unplayable and the main problem of the wii remote disconnecting remains.

    Needs an auto frame skip, badly. Until then 90% of users won't be able to run this properly.
