VirtualBox v4.1.0 is released. VirtualBox is a general-purpose full virtualizer for x86/x64 hardware. Targeted at server, desktop and embedded use, it is now the only professional-quality virtualization solution that is also Open Source Software.

The following items were fixed since VirtualBox 4.1 Beta 3:
VMM: fixed hang under certain circumstances (4.1 Beta 1 regression)
GUI: fixed wrong window focus of the file selector dialog for opening a virtual disk or CD/DVD-ROM
Cloning: serveral fixes. Cloning the entire machine together with all children is currently disabled and will be properly fixed in the next maintenance release.
