Dolphin Git 3.0-64

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin Git 3.0-64 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* BS2: check the hash of the loaded ipl.bin file
remove some extra + chars from a few ini files (copypasta from a patch?)
* oops
* Remove hash from revision description for cmake and windows.
* remove hash from rev description
* minor cleanup of make_scmrev.h.js
* Merge branch 'new-rev-string'

    its not svn anymore...... now its git...... a trash for end users, because there's no rev number...

    Is this a different branch of Dolphin, or is this how all new releases are going to be?

    There was a change in the number of versions on google code, it does not really facilitate the understanding now ...
