PCSX2 SVN r4972

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r4972 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

GSdx: re-implemented the drawing pipeline in c++, just for reference and easier debugging.

    Hey, first very good work guys. I played God of War 1 on a older Version before i found this one here. And it runs like a freaking baws with this on now but i get a green screen in God of War 2.
    Any suggestions to fix this problem by my side? Or is the Pcx Version a litte bit fucked?

    Try running in software (hardware not show all graphics correct only in software)

    change your bios version to the US one and not the european one, this will fix the green screen bug

    Guys calm down! You can fix the God of War 2 Problem if you do this :
    Go to PCSX2/inis and open GSdx.ini
    Make this lines :
    UserHacks_AlphaHack=1
    UserHacks_HalfPixelOffset=1
    UserHacks_SkipDraw=2
    AllowHacks=1
    Then make sure that you don't enable "Native" res.

    This is the perfect fix for God of War 2.

    Chicos calma! Puede solucionar el God of War 2 problema si usted hace esto:
    Ir a PCSX2/inis y abrir GSdx.ini
    hacer estas líneas:
    UserHacks_AlphaHack = 1
    = 1 UserHacks_HalfPixelOffset
    UserHacks_SkipDraw = 2
    AllowHacks = 1

    dude, it's just a new build with a whole lot of hacks and patch. Just have to wait until they release the "real" updated version of PCSX2.

    for PCSX2 team:

    Please stop this entire crapt. every changes you made is not bear any significant results. Please, just make a newer version with a better performance in general instead putting another patch and hacks inside PCSX2 application.

    all of you just wasting your efforts and time.
