rpcs3 SVN r29 is released. rpcs3 is an open source PlayStation 3 (PS3) emulator for the Microsoft Windows. Current versions can run only small homebrew for PS3. Developers are planning to make it to emulate PS3 on its speed in the near future.
rpcs3 purpose:
- Make PS3 developers easily test their apps and homebrews on PC without crashing their PS3 or moving their apps from PC to PS3.
- Just playing PS3 games on your PC and have fun! ( In the future )

- Implemented DisAsm mode for SPU and another fixes.
PPU Interpreter:
- Emulated more ops.
- Fixed UpdateCR.
Memory:
- Fixed FastWrite 16/32/64/128.
SysCalls:
- Emulated some process/memory syscalls.

MGS4 is unplayable!
ReplyDelete^ what are you talking about? i finished MGS4 with this emu, the only problem was playing it at -77 negative frame per second, took a while but i finally did it

I have tried but failed to being able run MGS4 on RPCS3.
If there is not much to ask could you please provide a step by step guide on how to run MGS4 on PC /RPCS3???

Actually Metal Gear Solid 4 is playable. I finished it something like three weeks ago. Awesome game.

ReplyDeleteMy only gripe with this emu is fixing some graphic issue in Bayonetta, her top cloth is missing so i can actually see her boob, so i find it hard to masturbate and play at the same time.
When that bug is resolved i can finally finish Bayonetta since it requires 2 hands to play it.

Well, at least "its getting updated", even if its slowly. We all remember how Dolphin started, It was stuck trying to run shit...until some nice people came by and did some "magic" with it :P
ReplyDeleteHowever of course, Dolphin emulates PPC...so its far easier and faster to do shit with it :P
Just give this project some time. A lot of it actually, plus, wait for the hardware to get better and cheaper.
it just came in developement...plz who ever judges and puts down devs for emulators dont..it takes time to get games in emulators to work...take psp emu...was trash before but look at it now it plays lots of games without problems..ps2 emu..same thing only yrs progress but thing is devs work hard for the ppl who want to try things before buy..or if have games yet no console...i thank all devs who work hard putting all theyre time into doing it and i appreciate the work they accomplish..yes only homebrew but its a work in progress..thank you devs and hope to see more updates =]

um pc com 12 nucleos pode fazer a diferença nesse dia !!!
