GSdx-ShadeBoost v5 (r4979)

GSdx-ShadeBoost v5 (r4979) is released. This is a hacked Video Plugin for PCSX2. It based on PCSX2 SVN r4979 for GSdx.

GSdx-ShadeBoost Function:
- Buildin Filter to simulate YPrPb/YCrCb colors. And added some stuff to adjust saturation,Bright and contrast.

    Great plugin, but it doesn't work for the only one game that needs Brightness increase: Gran Turismo 4 480p Mode (that is darker than usual)

    I thought it was 720p mode that had this darkness issue ?
    It's such a shame this has to be a hack and cannot be integrated into the main gsdx code.

    To any asshat who uses ghey phrases like "Epic fail":

    You do realize how uncool and dumb you sound right?

    "Epic fail" joins the other loser phrases with the likes of "Fo Shizzle" and "Peace out".

    If there is an epic fail it is a jerkoff who sits at his PC downloading free stuff and then whining about anything that doesn't work to his/her satisfaction...or better yet shitting all over the work as if he/she could do better.
