PCSX Reloaded SVN r73194

EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r73194 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

PCSX Reloaded SVN Changelog:
r73194
Fixed a memory leak in HandleBinCue.
Fixed a bug in HandleBinCue.
Made it so that HandleBinCue checks to see if there is a file with .bin. If not, use .BIN. This should help with case-sensitive filesystems.

    I´m having problems with the mem card manager.
    When i try to copy a file from mem2 to mem1... mem1 is erased. Am i doing something wrong?
