PPSSPP Git (2013/06/11) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Most games call with 32 anyway...

* Update native, fixing bug that prevented plugin downloads from working on Android. Fix black background.t
* Add STATE_SUSTAIN code similar to JPCSP, should fix sound fx again in some games.
