RSP Git (2013/09/14) is compiled. RSP is a plugin for Project64.

RSP Git Changelog:
* amend storage ambiguities to the compiler's vectorizer
* fix almost every possible remaining warning
* useless warnings about call-parameter type mismatches
* fix unused function/structure warnings
* obvious bug is obvious.
* completely vectorized all accumulator R/W
