EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2013/10/14) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

The only caveat is it has to be saved as a UTF-8 file or it won't work properly.
