PPSSPP Git (2015/01/10) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #7303 from unknownbrackets/io-minor
Report any attempt to read a negative size
* Clean up some different clamping.
Could be cleaned up more but at least this is less weird.
* Report any attempt to read a negative size.
If this should return an error, that should be handled in sceIo.
