Nucleus v0.04 is released. This project focuses on PlayStation 3 emulation.

Nucleus v0.04 Changelog:
- Added a PPU segment analyzer.
- Started the implementation of the LLVM-based PPU segment recompiler.
- Keyvault system for encrypted SELF/SPRX files.
- Improved Nucleus CPU/GPU/Keys documentation.
