EmuCR: Project64Azimer's HLE Audio Plugin Git (2015/05/07) is compiled. It is a HLE audio plugin for N64 emulators written by Azimer.

Structured exception handling is not supported in MinGW.
* wrote my own working for XAudio on g++, moved to parent dir
* Un-#define __in and __out after XAudio headers (MinGW C++ fix).
* Ease the MinGW-C++-XAudio conflict a little with lower-level headers.
Seems that removing the and changes nothing in the MSVC build except an error about unresolvable `ios' class...so I just include the lower-level header.

* The bulkier, older was causing XAudio2 pre-processor errors.
