PPSSPP Git (2015/05/12) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #7736 from unknownbrackets/uv-rotation
Process UV rotation even in full transform
* Avoid some division.
* software: Examine v0/v1 for uv rotation.
If we determine tl/br heuristically, it can never rotate correctly.
Anyway, this still is not rotating correctly...
