PPSSPP Git (2017/04/06) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Make scroll gesture detector compatible with other touches than #0. Should help #9554.
* Remove unused code
* Operator precedence fix in ifdef
* Minor cleanup with GOLD define - only use it in System_GetPropertyInt
* Touch on Windows Desktop: Apply the DPI scale *after* ScreenToClient.
Might further improve #9554.
