* refactor 'ctrlcombo' into 'modcombo', suppresses all modifier key combinations
* use event version check for joymap too
* allow all events for combos
* add new StartPause event (e.g. useful for combos)
* Revert "Make Common::Point use non-negative dimensions, like the other classes in Rect."
