* Bump state version number, otherwise we get crashes on older state saves.
* Merge branch 'rework-aspect'
* Clear TIA image when chaning scanline count.
* Clamp height and ystart to semi-sensible values to avoid memory corruption.
* Bug fixing spree -> scanline count works as expected.
* Wire up new scanline count logic.
* Settings: remove aspect in favor of scanlines adjust.
