EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r40975 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Add 64x64 pixel icons
Scaled down from the 256x256 icons since I don't have any Adobe software and both the .psd and .svg files had weird fallback fonts in Gimp. Googling for the required fonts resulted in some very iffy download sites, so this will have to do for now.

Prevent monitor from recursively opening. This could previously happen when a drive cpu breakpoint enters the monitor, then the execution of a monitor command causes the drive cpu to catch up, which recursively re-enters the monitor. Fixes https://sourceforge.net/p/vice-emu/bugs/1593/ . A better solution might be to clear the int flag that causes the trap before invoking it.
