WinVICE r43627 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: Add new resuable cartridge image widgets, use in GMod2 settings
Add reusable cartridge image widgets to replace custom cartridge image code and
the old widgets in cartimagewidget.{c,h}. The GMod2 settings have been rewritten
to use this new API, other cartridge settings will follow after proper testing.
When all code using the old API is gone the old API will be removed.

Optional delay to vertical retrace.
Add for non-CRTC machines (i.e. PET 2001) a compile time option to
delay the vertical blank signal by a number of cycles. About 16-24 is
probably realistic, given the HI-RES and A BRIGHT SHINING STAR demos.
By default this is disabled because it has extra overhead that almost
never is useful. Maybe we will later turn it into a runtime option or
something clever.
