EmuCR: Play!Play! Git (2023/06/15) is compiled. Play! is an attempt at creating an emulator for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) console on the Windows platform. It is currently written in C/C++. It uses an instruction caching/recompilation scheme to achieve better performance while emulating the CPU.

* Override HLE PADMAN module with dummy module.

* Allow more IOP modules to be loaded (at expense of max number of threads).

* Make it possible to change SPU base sampling rate.
* Add Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix arcade def.
* Rename some Gundam game titles.
* Update frequency scale.
* Allow specification of EE clock scale in arcadedef.
* Add more arcadedefs.
* Add Gundam vs. Gundam Next arcade def.
* Add Tekken 5.1 arcade def.
