DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/10/27) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Sync man page with CLI descriptions
* Clarify behavior of the --exit CLI option
* Remove used references from --securemode description
* Rename the 'FILE' command-line argument to 'PATH'
* Include -? (along with --help and -h) to print CLI help
* Parse the conf files after initializing dosbox
* Improve comments in sdlmain message and init steps
* Colocate remaining sdlmain messages into 'messages_add_sdl'
* Register sdlmain's --help text with the messaging system
